A citrus take on an icon. Campari, Plymouth Gin stirred with Allora Aperitivo al Limone.
A spicy twist to a Margarita. Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila, shaken with a squeeze of lime juice, agave syrup and spicy Hellfire bitters. Garnished with chilli for extra spice.
A sustainable spin on the Old Fashioned. Discarded Spirits Banana Peel Rum stirred with brown sugar and Angostura bifters.
Havana Club 7 Años Rum, pineapple juice mixed with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale. Garnished with lime.
Hendrick's Gin, MONTZI Blackberry Aperitivo, mixed with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic. Garnished with cucumber.
Tanqueray No. TEN Gin combined with lemon juice, a dash of sugar syrup and topped with sparkling wine. Garnished with lemon peel.
